Live stream for the Cubo Ai baby monitor is either black screen or frozen on a frame. I have tried unpairing camera, restarting Nest, changing wifi for Nest and hard reboot of Nest all with the same results. Nest will connect to other cameras I have (Arlo) but does not work with the Cubo AI. My internet connection is 100+Mbps down and 60Mbps up so unlikely anything to do with the network. Mobile app works perfectly so it isn't a network issue - I suspect it is something to do with Google's video streaming from this third party camera. I can hear sound in the background but the camera remains frozen or in other instances it is black screen completely. All other features on the Nest Hub works as do my Arlo cameras.

Hey lammi,
I'm glad you reach out.
I understand how important it is to monitor your baby, and apologize for the inconvenience. To confirm, do you have the same issue when streaming the camera from your phone through the native and Google Home app? Also, have you tried to reach out to CUBA AI support to check if there's an ongoing issue on their end since the issue is isolated on their camera?
Looking forward to your response.
Cheers,
Muddi

The google home app doesnt let me stream this device. I can see it in the native Cubo app.

Hey lammi,
Thanks for the quick response. To confirm, have you tried reaching out to Cubo support so they can check if there are ongoing issues with their integration? Also, do you have a Cast-enabled TV or a Chromecast device where we can try to cast your camera via voice command?
Keep us posted.
Cheers,
Muddi

Can you guys try cubos option in the camera settings to flip screen. I was accidentally pushing buttons and it seems to have cured my nest hub issue

Hi All,
I am seeing the same issues, I have tried all the above steps and still unable to connect.
Cubo app works perfect, both are on the same wifi network .
Im going to try fully reset the cubo and see how that helps

Yeah we had to completely reset the cubo and make sure the flip screen option was on, it now works on both our nest displays
