Device are not boot up properly

Hello I'm an user of home max speaker since 2021.

I aware my speaker are not working media sound mirring and reaction of ' hey google'

to investigate problem I checked.

- no device shown at google home app

- no booting indicate message that 'mic is not turn it on...'

- no touch pad feedback sound (volumn up & down, etc)

 

Only what I could see is 4 white led indicator are turn on about 12 seconds at device power on by power cable.

after power on and 12 seconds of white led, no farther led offed and no farther light on.

I tried to factory reset using back side button (by hold push more than 15sec) but no reaction of it.

 

There were no physical demage during recently so I'm wonder what make my device go wrong..

Would you help me?

Thanks for visiting the Community.

 

I know how challenging it is not having a working Google Home Max when needed. A few questions: when did you notice the issue? Are you still using the original power cable that comes with the speaker? Is it plugged in directly to the power outlet? Have you tried using a different power outlet? Is there a power outage happen recently? Also, to help us get a better picture of what's happening, do you mind sharing a video?

Thank you for your advice first.
Issue shown from 2 weeks ago. And I still using original power cable that comes with the speaker.
I tried plugged in directly to the power outlet and another power outlet. It's result also same.
There was no outage during recently.

Hi Moddi

I bought the device ebay.com at Dec, 2020.

I think it's warrenty priod were passed.

I used it very very usefully, 

I hope to get any debugging point I can do myself, If not any supporting spot in South Korea area.
