Family bell check lists.

I love the new check list with the family bells. However, my kids don't get to the screen fast enough to actually tap each one to check them off. It seems they disappear. Is there a way to set an amount of time for how long the check list will be displayed? Or, is there a way to reacces the check list via the hub or hub max?
