GOOGLE NEST AUDIO NÃO FUNCIONA

Boa tarde, tenho uma Google Nest Audio há mais ou menos 1 ano. Tivemos que desligá-la da tomada por conta de uma mudança de endereço e quando fomos colocar ela na tomada novamente e alterar o endereço na google home, já não estava mais funcionando. Ela acende as luzes quando coloco na tomada, mas não responde há nenhum comando, exemplo: ok, Google. Nem se quer acende as luzes e não aparece no aplicativo mais. Como posso resolver?
