Hi everyone,
Thanks for reaching out.
Sorry to hear about this. Could you please tell us what country are you in? Also, can you please check if the Home app is on its latest version?
I'd love to know more details about it so we can further check what are the steps that we need to try.

I am in Switzerland (moved last year). My app is up to date; the Google Hub and the minis were purchased in the US before we moved here, and now the alarms can't be turned off b/c I can't access downtime/settings.

Hi LP919,
Thanks for the info. Digital Wellbeing feature is not available in some countries, regions or language. Could you please try to change its language to English US to see if that would make any difference?
Let me know how it goes.

Princess

Hi sancho,
Sorry to hear that you're also experiencing the same thing. May we know what country are you located at? Also, have you already tried performing a complete reset and changing its language to English US to see if that makes any changes?
Let me know how it goes.
Best,
Princess

Princess,
I am in the US in English. I have deleted and re-installed the app, if that's what you mean by reset.

Hello,
It is already set to English, since we bought it in the US.

I have the same "couldn't open settings" message when I try to open Digital Wellbeing. I have an iPad (version 15.3.1). The app is up to date.

I also have this issue. I am using Xfinity’s Wi-Fi router, and iPhone 12 that’s up to date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything and it doesn’t change a thing
