Google Display keeps updating

So we got brand new Nest Hub 2nd gen. First set up went smooth. But then my wife want to take it to our property in different state. Different wifi so what I did is remove the hub from android home and did a factory reset of the hub to have it set up again with new wifi. Now the set up gets to "Updating Screen" and once it hits 99% it goes to 0% and quickly climbs to 99% again and pause for a minute and back to 0% again. Over and over. On the home app it says "the update takes longer then expected" and it gives me two options "Leave Set Up" or "Help Center". I left the hub on to see what happens and it does the updating 99% to 0% over and over until it gives me an error saying there is a network error.

This was a recent known issue, but should now be resolved. If for some reason you’re still experiencing problems, try rebooting your device by powering it off and on again.

Hi folks,

Thanks for visiting the Community.

@davidking, we appreciate your help, thanks for your suggestion.

@Kristof3, have you already tried the steps suggested above? If powering off won't work, you can perform a complete reset to see if this will fix it. Here's how: https://goo.gle/32c7nIF

Keep me posted.
