My Google Home Mini won‘t connect to the Google Home app.

I‘ve already reset it to factory settings, but it still doesn‘t work.

I‘m so sad. What can I do?

To better assist you, please answer the following questions:

  • What model of Google Home Mini do you have? (Here is a helpful article to identify the type of Nest Speaker).
  • What type of device are you using, Android or iOS?
  • What error message do you receive when you try to set up the device in the Google Home app? (Please take a picture if you can).
  • What color is the LED status light on your Google Home Mini?
