Sorry to hear about this. A few things I'd like to ask-- have you made any changes on the settings prior experiencing this? Also, have you checked if the "Do not Disturb" option is enabled? Lastly, kindly provide the cast firmware of your Google Nest speakers?

When asking google to call, having my do not disturb enable or not creates the same response on my phone. A sound will be produce quickly by my phone and a banner will appear:”CRITICAL

Tap or swipe to silence the sound”
not very helpful when you are trying to find your phone!
This feature worked great for a couple of years on my nest, but stopped working several months ago. Since that time I also purchased and installed the 2nd gen Hub. Neither work at calling my phone.

Thanks for the reminder, I reset per your instructions and unfortunately stick can't get it to call my cell phone, only the banner as previously stated comes across.
Any other tip I might try?
