Hi,

For last 3 days my home screen (Weather Frog) is covered with gray overlay rectangle.

Some of other guys report same problem from last two weeks with photo frame.

Any ideas whats wrong?

Muchas gracias!

Thank you very much,

I have already read all the comments and recommendations, however, it still does not work, I already did the restart and the same thing continues to appear.

@Luizo

I just wanted you to know that another customer has the same issue, and on the other post I mentioned it to @Juni , the Google Nest Community Specialist watching that issue.  Perhaps this is a defect Google Nest needs to investigate.

Ok, so I'll be waiting for the specialist's comments on this problem.

Hey all,

I am sorry to hear about the trouble you are running into. Were you able to figure out the photos issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

  • When did this issue start happening?
  • What version of Google Home do you have?
  • Is your Nest Hub Max up-to-date on it's firmware?

Please let me know, as I would be happy to take a closer look.

Best regards,

Jake

Is this problem with the gray rectangle only happening outside the United States?

No, I’m in Dallas and I have the issue as well

CDMX also have the same

Hello,

I have the same issue at least for the last 2 weeks. Sometimes it works fine, but most of the time it doesn't (like 99%).

I've already submitted the feedback with the ght3 keyword).

Yes, many times, but I see that when the feedback is sent it does not send the gray box. Do you know of an email to send these photos or reports to google?
