Google Hub with a gray rectangle

Hello everyone,

for months I was looking for a answer for the gray rectangle over photos in my Google Hub. My wife just skip the time on the display and the gray rectangle went away. Hope to help someone with the same problem.

We're sorry if you're having problems with gray rectangle on your Google Nest Hub — we'd love to check.

To have a better view, could you send us a picture of your Nest Hub screen? Have you tried resetting your display? Also, do you have the 1st Gen Nest Hub? If so, please provide us the cast and fuchsia version of it.
