Google Mini Communications set up

I have factory rest the mini 4 times. I have rebooted phone the Speake will get to the connecting to your device and will not finish the WIFI set up process and will say There was a problem with the connection to try again. I have many time.. 
it will not finish the connecting to a network process. I am only having this problem on this one Mini and have set up many more without fail

Any ideas?

After reset, power off and on the speaker again. It worked for my nest mini previously.
