I'm an experienced computer user and am quite familiar with Smart Home devices.
My Nest Hub device seems to be stuck in a permanent boot-loop when it got its last SW update earlier this year. I've heard that I may be able to get the device sent in and fixed by posting on this forum, so I'd like to see if I can get help here.
Things I've tried:
The device is just stuck in a permanent boot screen / boot loop.
