Bricked/stuck on grey ,,G" logo after booting the device.

Hey I have a problem with my Google Nest Hub (Gen 1), after booting up (pluging in) the device I dont hear any beep or any sound like its booting up only seeing the Grey ,,G" Logo show up at the full brightness and after some time (like 2-5minutes) the device turn the brightness down like its responding but the screen is still stuck on Grey G, and after some time the device will respond via buttons, after presing volume button ,,+" it will make a sound like its turning the volume up and same on the volume -, It even factory reset but after factory reset the grey G still being stuck on the screen and the process is looping. I tried everything on your FAQ, like plug in and out 10-15times, diferent outlet, factory reset...even checking if the adapter is getting right Volts or Ampers and everythings is right and suit to the device, and it still getting me the stuck Grey G.

Do anyone have another solution for this problem?
