Hello,
I have purchased my Nest Hub Max in February 2021 and today the screen has started flickering with double images.
I have reinitialized the factory configuration several times already and have changed power plugs, etc but it changes nothing the screen continues to flickering and I can not any more use this device.
Any suggestion what I should do with my Nest Hub Max now ?

We're sorry to hear about this experience. Are you using its original power cable that comes with your Google Nest Hub Max? If yes, is it plugged in directly to a power outlet? Could you also send a photo of the exact display you're getting so we can further check on it?
