Google Nest Hub Max - Trying to associated to an account Something going wrong

Hello, i'll try to do mys best with my poor english:

I buyed a Google Nest Hub max, not new.Getting hometrying with my google account end mail. It worked well.

 

But then i give it to my grand mother, to do "lives video" with the children. There, even if i hard reset to Nest Hub, ( pushing +/- buttons 10seconds at the back) when i try to associated to a new ccount, it says that it is already associated to an account or to a home. But on my original account there is nothing more. I check everywhere i can, but did not find any link.

Going back home, i'll try to reconnect, and now it do the same at home... trying to reset my google account, but it's doesnt work.

 

Anybody to help me with this?
