Google Nest Hub Max connected to another account error
Bought this unt brand new and has worked perfectly since then. I have no change network, passwords or anything.
I tried to reconnect it by factory resetting the Nest Hub Max multiple times. Home app found it and connected it to the wifi but went no further and gave a message 'This Nest Hub Max is connected to another account or home'.
I have tried various forum solutions but nothing seems to work. I have 2 Google Net Hub Max and the other works except for the camera that it is telling me that I need to reset but I am afraid if I reset I will have 2 very expenses units that do nothing. I have been part of the google family for a long time, but this can break it as I have spent more than $300 in this units. Please HELP !!!!!

What else is happening in your situation that might provide some insight? What happened that you did a factory reset of your Nest Hub Max? Did you first remove it from the Google Home app? Which camera do you have, and what message are you seeing about needing to reset it? What else is happening with the camera?
From just another Google Nest customer.

Thank you for the quick response.
Let us try to fix 1 unit at a time. The one that is not working at all is Google Net Hub Max that can not connect to th wifi.
Bought this unt brand new and has worked perfectly since then. I have no change network, passwords or anything. When stopped connecting to the wifi I was not showing in my app so I went ahead and I factory reset it the multiple times. Home app found it and connected it to the wifi but went no further and gave a message 'This Nest Hub Max is connected to another account or home.

You might need to contact Support (https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp) on this one. When I've done a factory reset on our Nest Hubs, I've first removed them from the Google Home app, to avoid getting the "connected to another account" error. Google Nest apparently does not check which account a device is connected to; if it's connected to any account, including your own, it can't proceed. So that might explain why you're getting the error. However, since your Nest Hub Max stopped connecting to Wi-Fi and quit appearing in the Google Home app, you were probably unable to remove it. Support might have you try the Recovery Mode steps described in this post, which involve restarting your device 10 times;
