Google Nest Hub doesn't play radio alarm

I opened this issue over a week ago and haven't received a response and I can't reply to the thread anymore since it has been locked.  I was told that someone would reach out to me within the next 24 hours and haven't heard anything from anyone.

Hello,

I don't prefer to be contacted by telephone as I never answer it and the VM fills up with spam calls regularly.  I would prefer if someone were to email me a solution or suggestions on what to do next.
