My nest hub showing recovery window to resest but when i reset it shows G icon and again going in recovery window.. Not powering up.. I tried multiple times unplugging and restting but no luck

Thanks for sharing details about the issue here. I know how challenging it can be not to have a working device when needed. I'd like to gather some details—when did this start? Was the device already in this state when you first discovered it? If no, were you in the middle of interacting with the device when it happened? If so, what were you trying to do? Are you using the official power adapter that came with the Nest display? Also, have you tried plugging the device into a different power outlet?

I dont do anything (no plugout or changing power adapter but i remember few days before happening this, i reset my device to change wifi setting in nest hub as we changed wifi name in our home).. Its been 4-5 days device is not functioning. I was doing my activities and suddenly i get attention to my Google nest hub device that all screen got white and i was surprised that it never happened previously. I thought may be its getting updates. But after sometime i see it is showing Recovery Mode screen. I tried resetting devices many times but everytime G icon appear for sometime and device come back to Recovery mode screen. I use my Nest hub alot but now i am helpless and very disappointed by this mishappening. Kindly help in resolving it ASAP.

I purchased this from office shopping portal and received it on 7 Jan 2023. We have Capgemini shopping portal with Printstop.co.in partnered with Capgemini. Kindly help with either replacement or a fix of this issue.
