My Nest Hub has a grey screen with G on it today, cannot factory reset as suggested in another post. It will prompt to reset then go back to the grey g screen never changing. I tried unplugging and plugging numerous times and reset multiple times in a row. No change. Switching to other outlets did not work. I used a cord for my boyfriend’s hub which is still working and it did nothing for mine. Apparently this is a known issue?? How do we resolve the tying off this screen?

I have a nest hub gen 2. No led status
Found a tips of resetting the unit 10 times by pulling the power cable.
It accctually worked and thereafter made a reset/reinstallation
