Google Nest Mini 2nd Gen

This is the worst device. I have followed instructions and still wont connect. 

I've reset this device 100x at this point.

It does reset and I see the WIFI4 emitting a signal - I do connect to it - and use the home app to connect. It does find it - but once you start setting up... it's just stuck.

Why doesnt this device work?

Hi Noradd,

That certainly hasn't been easy for you. Let’s further look into it. A few questions: is this the first time you’ll set up your Google Nest Mini device? Are you using private or shared Wi-Fi? If private, is your router dual-band? Do you have other Google Home devices connected to your Wi-Fi?
