Google Nest Mini still not playing radio from RTHK?

My nest mini still cannot play radio from RTHK for mostly a year, so issue is still a issue and cannot fixed?

That certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have. Have you, by chance, contacted RTHK about this? Your Nest Mini relies heavily on the functions of third-party devices, apps, and services. It would help us isolate further.

Also, have you tried other radio stations? How was it? It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot too.

1. Unplug the power cord from your router, followed by your Nest speakers.
2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
3. Restarting your phone might also help.
