Google Nest hub max shut down

My google nest hub max was working perfectly fine until one day it just decided to shut down! We cant turn it on and tried the reset, switching outlets many times. Can anyone pls look into it? It’s fairly new and so disappointing that this is happening.

A few questions:

  1. Is your Google Nest Audio plugged directly into a wall outlet or surge protector?
  2. Does it show any LED lights that indicate it has power?
  3. Are other devices receiving power from the same outlet?
  4. Are you using the official power adapter?
  5. When did the issue begin?
  6. Was there any electrical outage around the time the issue began?


Kindly perform the following steps below:

  1. Discharge your Nest Hub Max.
    1. Unplug the power adapter from the outlet and the display.
    2. Leave it unplugged for 20 seconds.
    3. Plug the power adapter into the display.
    4. Plug the other end of the power adapter into a wall outlet that works.
    5. Check if any LED lights appear on the front of the display.
  2. Use another power adapter if you have one available.
