Hi Stuart Allen 2283,

Thank you for your post. I understand the important of having your Google display device connected to WiFi so that it can work properly. I would be more than happy to look into this issue and help find a solution. First, I have some questions.
  • Which Google device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
  • Is this the first time you are setting up the device?
  • Is this a new issue? Was your device connected to WiFi before?
  • Is your device powering on?
  • Is your device showing up in the Google Home App?
  • Are you receiving any error messages? What does it say?
  • Have you tried to conduct a reboot or a Factory Data Reset on the device?
I appreciate your patience and look forward to your response, thanks.
