Google home app not working

I've had the Google home Mini for several years and it has worked fine I was able to make some phone calls with some technical issues at times. Today the Google was working for radio and telling time or weather but when I asked it to dial a phone number it kept giving me either busy signal or error messages such as that number is not set up in Google Duo. I tried unplugging the mini device rebooting it and then it wouldn't allow me to do anything at this point I went to the app on my phone and tried to reset the speaker up again. I went on the app and tried to get started again and it only let me go on to the first page where you're supposed to click okay. The okay button was grayed out so I could not do anything. I've tried rebooting the phone installing and uninstalling the home app on my Android phone. Rebooting the router in my home desktop computer. But still stuck in the same position nothing has changed. I've also cleared the apps cache and try to remove more storage on some of the other apps on my phone reboot again same problem.

I understand how important it is for you to be able to set up your Google Home Mini again. To confirm, have you tried using a different phone/tablet? What is the specific make and model of your phone? What is the current firmware version of the Google Home app? Also, what respond are you getting from your Home Mini when you ask a question?
