Hi folks,

@RachelGomez123, thanks for the help.

@Ka5, that certainly hasn't been easy for you, let's check it out. A few questions: are there no LED lights on top when you give a voice command or try to change the volume manually on the side of your Google Home Mini? When did this start? It would help a lot if we could do some troubleshooting steps to narrow things down, kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Plug Google Home Mini into a different wall outlet.
    Note: Make sure they are not connected to a surge protector to rule out all other hardware.
  2. Discharge the speaker or display:
    1. Unplug the power adapter from the outlet and the speaker or display.
    2. Leave it unplugged for 20 seconds.
    3. Plug the power adapter into the speaker or display.
    4. Plug the other end of the power adapter into a wall outlet that works.
    5. Check if any LED lights would appear on the back of the speaker or display.
  3. If you have a second Google Home Mini, use the power adapter from the one that currently works.

Tell us how it goes.

Best,

Dan

Hey Ka5,

Thanks for letting us know. Where and when did you purchase your device? Also, aside from using a different adapter, have you tried using a different cord?

Regards,

Alex
