Goedemiddag, 

Mijn moeder is slechtziend en luisterd graag Spotify via google nest audio. Nu had ik diverse lijstjes gemaakt voor haar. Nu werkt het ineens niet meer als Mijn moeder zegt speel lijst.... google zegt dan dat hij het niet kan vinden

Hoe kan ik dit oplossen?

I understand that your Google Nest Audio is no longer playing the custom Spotify playlists you created for your mother. I recognize how important it is to get this working properly for her, especially since she relies on these voice commands for her enjoyment. Don’t worry, help is here.

Please answer the following questions to help us figure this out: 

  • Are you using the latest version of the Google Home app? If not, this Google Nest Help Center article provides helpful instructions: Update the Google Home app.
  • What is the firmware version of your Google Nest Audio? You can use this Google Help Center article as a reference: Find your device’s firmware version.
  • Are you using an Android or an iPhone to set up your devices?
  • Is your smartphone's operating system updated?
  • Is your Google Nest Audio connected to the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz WiFi network?
  • Is your phone or tablet connected to the same Google Account as your Google Nest Audio? To learn more you can check this Google Nest Help Center article: Check which Google Account is linked to a speaker or display
  • Have you updated your Spotify app to its latest version?
  • Is the Spotify app linked in the Google Home app? You can refer to this Google Nest Help Center article to learn more: Link your music services and set your default service
  • Do you have the Spotify premium subscription?
  • Are you having the same issue with other playlists on other apps? or only with the Spotify playlists?
