Please answer the following questions to help me figure this out:
- Are you using the latest version of the Google Home app? If not, this Google Nest Help Center article provides helpful instructions: Update the Google Home app.
- What is the firmware version of your Google Nest Audio? You can use this Google Help Center article as a reference: Find your device’s firmware version.
- Are you using an Android or an iPhone to set up your devices?
- Is your smartphone's operating system updated?
- Is your Google Nest Audio connected to the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz WiFi network?

- Have you updated your Spotify app to its latest version?
- Is the Spotify app linked in the Google Home app? You can refer to this Google Nest Help Center article to learn more: Link your music services and set your default service
- Do you have the Spotify premium subscription?
- Are you having the same issue with other playlists on other apps? or only with the Spotify playlists?
