I've had the hub for at least a year and it worked perfectly. I recently changed my home wifi and used a new ssid. Reconnected all phones (Android and Apple) and computers and 2 nest minis and 2 hubs and other things and everything was good except for 2 smart plugs which I didn't work about. Then after about 3 days, one of the hubs days not connected. Since then, I have tried everything including a full reset of the hub, moving it next to the wifi, Google support, etc. It does work as Google support for me to connect it to a mobile hotspot and it connected. I changed the wifi guest ssid and password to the old ssid. One of the smart plugs started working but despite more resets and attempts, the hub won't. My son has a hub in his room and connected to new ssid without a problem. I'm out of ideas.

I’m having the same problem. I was hoping the last Google Home app update would fix the issue but it hasn’t. I’ve tried everything! It just refuses to connect, even though other Google devices are connected.

I have the same problem. I've had the thing for less than a year, and it worked initially. But then one day stopped, and I can't return it.
