Google mini boots itself.

Hi! My google nest mini 2 boots itself, i mean i saw 4 dots all coloured and after all it didn't response to anything. I tried factory setting but i can't because it only appear 2 dots when i unpllugged.

First, could you try this troubleshooting step?

  1. At the side of the Google Nest Mini, unplug the power cord and wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in and wait until the four LED lights light up on top.
  2. Repeat step one, 10 more times. (complete total of 11 times)
  3. After plugging in the power cord back in the final time, wait a few moments for the device to reset. It will announce "Welcome to Google Home" to signify that it's ready for setup.
