Nest max

can’t get my nest hub max camera to work 
I’ve
Deleted nest max from my home
I have done a factory reset 
Turned off and on the unit from the power switch
Turned the camera/mic privacy switch off and on
Attempted to turn on on home monitoring from the setting but it keeps turning off after about 1 second
Tried turning the camera on from Google home app , nest app and from the nest max

Do you have the google door bell as well?  I do and when i removed both from my account. I then installed the nest hub max first and then the doorbell and they both now work.  Hope that helps

I have the same issue.  You can do a video call and the camera works but if you try to view the nest cam it says it is offline and it just times out trying to connect.

I’ve only had the device for two weeks and have tried every solution  on the net at least twice. Nothing works
