Google Sent me a new Google nest hub max. It set up fine yesterday. When I got up it said it couldn’t make a connection. Troubleshooted it by unplugging. Still wouldn’t work. I factory reset it. But then It Said it Hass to be deleted from another account. Now it doesn’t work at all. There is no other account that I can delete it from.

If the device was sent by Google after an exchange, I recommend you to reach Nest support again: Google Nest Support: Get Help

Hi folks,
Thanks for the help @AndroiFy
@22greenacrs1, I’m sorry you have that experience. Let me help you. Since you were able to set it up the first time, try to remove it first in the Google Home app, then once done do a reset again and set it up once more.
Check these step on how to remove your device:

Well they cannot figure it out. They may have to send me another google nest max hub and have me sign in on a different google home account. I they feel my google account may have a glitch in it?

Hello there,
Got it. Have you tried using a different Google Account? How many home structures do you have? Also, are you using a private home network?
Thanks,
Alex
