2. On your Nest Hub Max, press and hold the volume up and volume down buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds.
3. Check your mobile phone's language settings: Ensure your mobile phone's default language is set to the language you want your Nest Hub Max to use. Delete any other languages temporarily if necessary. You can add them back later.
