Hi,
I have been using Google home mini for about 3 years now. Recently I had some voltage fluctuations at my residence, during which my device was plugged in. After the conditions normalized, the device did not start. My guess was that the adapter must have failed because of the fluctuations.
However after a couple of days using the same adapter the device started and worked normally. But now automatically the data has been wiped out it is asking me to set the device again.
When I am trying to get into setup mode, it briefly enters the setup mode (all 4 Leds become orange and I get the confirmation sound) for about a minute, before restarting automatically.
Without being able to enter the setup mode I am unable to set the device up from scratch.
Any help to troubleshoot will be appreciated. Also if there is any other way to factory reset the device please let me know.
Thank you.
