We have a Nest Hub Max and don't have problems with the camera staying online. Have you tried temporarily moving your Nest Hub Max closer to your router just to determine whether the problem is a weak WiFI sign at its current location?

It shouldn't be an issue with wifi as it has been in same place for 2 years without an issue.

That doesn't sound good.  I hope your Max isn't just dying.

Hey Mikeyr305,

Thanks for sharing details about the issue here. I know how important it is to have a camera working on your Google Nest Hub Max. Let's dig deeper - when did the issue start? How far is your Nest Hub Max from the router? Do you have other Nest devices (camera, doorbell, thermostat)? What is the current firmware version of your device? Is it in Fuchsia?

By the way, I appreciate @MplsCustomer for helping here. The steps are very helpful and worth trying.

Cheers,

Muddi
