When making a call my hub max lets me see the person I am calling, but they can't see me. So far the only solution I have is to unplug, wait and plug back in, and wait for it to load. Then it works. Annoying to do this every time I make a call.

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your Google Nest Hub Max. Have you tried checking if the mute button/switch is toggled? Does it happen on multiple contacts you've tried?
