Google nest hub

My Google nest hub has a screen burnout previously and now it went blank. Can I get it replaced or any other suggestions from people who faced the same issue?

Hi Metilesh,

Thanks for visiting the Community.

I know how it feels to not have a working device when needed. Let's dig deeper into this.

A few questions:

  • Which specific Nest Hub do you have (1st, 2nd, Nest Hub Max)?
  • Was the device dropped or knocked over?
  • Is the device still working?
  • When and where you purchase your device?

Let's try theses steps below:

  1. Confirm that the device is powered on (turn on the privacy switch to check if the light comes on or ask a question and check if the Assistant responds).
  2. Confirm the brightness offset in the Google Home App isn't set too low.
  3. Reboot the device.
  4. Factory reset the device.

Let me know how it goes.

Cheers,

Muddi
