Hello.
having trouble with Google speaker not playing my linked Apple Music subscription. I have followed all directions I've seen for potential problem solving but nothing works. I link my Apple Music account, select it. When I ask Google to play music from Apple Music the speaker acknowledges the command but no music is played.
I've reset all speakers apps and unlinked re linked Apple Music's. Confirmed all are on same network with same emailaddresses.

This is not the experience we want you to have, let me help you and thank you for doing some troubleshooting steps. A few questions: which Nest speakers are we working with? Was it working before? Are you able to cast from your phone to your Nest device? What country are you located in?
It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:
If the issue persists, you can revert your device back to its original settings by doing a factory reset and setting it back up. Here’s how. Tell us how it goes.

Nest audio smart speaker. It was working before. I am able to cast. United States. Sequential reboot did not work. Reverting back to factory settings did not work.
the speaker acknowledges my request, however, music does not play after that.

I have replied to all your comments. I have replied to your emails. I'm still having an unresolved issue. None of your recommendations have worked. Your VPN idea is absurd. Please continue to make suggestions to fix the problem.

Chiming in, to further isolate the issue, please try setting up one of your devices using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Nest Audio). Once done, try playing music from Apple music.

The issue is still not resolved. There have been no adequate recommendations in the thread from Google itself. I am not using two separate cell phones with a hotspot and a VPN to try and get the system to work. That is absolutely absurd.

Sorry to hear that. A few questions: when did the issue start? What country are you located in? How far is your Google Home/Nest device from the router? Are you able to play music from other music services like YouTube Music?

This is the most absurd answer to trying to fix the problem I've heard of. I'm not using a separate VPN and two cell phones to play or cast music. The speaker should simply do what it's asked, and what it is intended to do.
