Google tells the same joke over and over again

I have:

Google Home 1st Gen (3 of them)

Google Nest Max

Nest Mini (2 of them)

Google Nest Hub 2nd Gen

They were working fine, then about 2 weeks ago all the sudden they only tell the exact same joke over and over and over. I ask for a new joke I get the same old joke, I ask for a different joke I get the same old joke. I had it set to tell me a joke when I went to bed and again when I woke up and I turned it off because I could not stop it from telling the same joke. 

I unplugged them and let them sit, then I plugged them back in (power cycle), no difference.

If I tell it to tell me a "knock knock joke" it will. If I ask for another it will do a different one.

But again, if I say "Hey Google tell me a joke" or "Hey Google tell me a new joke" it reverts back to the same old joke it has been telling me for weeks.
