Goolge Hub Max causing Netgear router to lose WiFI

Purchased Nest Hub Max for my wife on Christmas day.  Setup and install was very easy and everything was working great for about 4 hours.  After 4 hour the home WiFi went down and then happened again about two hours after rebooting my router & cable modem.

For three days the WiFi would randomly just go down which was extremely odd because my home WiFi never had any issues with my current modem & router which I've had for the past year.  After unplugging the Nest Hub Max for two days the WiFi never went down.  Today, I plugged in back the Nest Hub Max and the WiFi went down in 1 hour and 37 minutes after turning on the Nest Hub Max.  All signs are pointing toward the Nest Hub Max being the issue.

I performed a factory reboot on the Nest Hub Max and same problem is still occurring.  Also per the instructions from Goolge (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7281538?hl=en) I applied these two changes on my Netgear router; but that did not resolve the issue.

Router: Netgear Nighthawk R7000p

Firmware on router: 1.3.1.64

To be clear the Nest Hub Max stays connected fine to the router / WiFi however the entire WiFi network goes down.  Any thoughts or ideas?
