My Google Hub is stuck on the gray screen. Factory resets have not worked, unplugging has not work and I cant find a solution anywhere. I have heard that Google knows of the issue and that they will replace this for free but I cant find contact information to confirm this? Any help!!

Are you using the original power supply and adapter that came with your device?
Just checking, have you tried putting your device into recovery mode?
