My Google Hub is stuck on the gray screen. Factory resets have not worked, unplugging has not work and I cant find a solution anywhere. I have heard that Google knows of the issue and that they will replace this for free but I cant find contact information also any chat link. I am based in New Delhi, India.

Just to confirm, you're using the power cable and adapter that came with your device? By reset, you're referring to the recovery mode steps below?
For Google Nest Hub (1st gen)
