HUb Max shortcuts (top menu) missing - dissapear., Account does not connect

HI team

  • I have the hub max connected and for the last two weeks, it appears that my account is not connected
  • I performed a reset and set it up multiple times from scratch.
  • I can use voice commands to turn on lights, play the radio etc but NONE of the menus at the top appear.
  • I can only see "PHOTO FRAME" at the top menu.
  • I searched  in my Google account for the devices  I use >> Hub Max is there and strangely, the "last connected" timestamp is 2 weeks ago despite the fact that I performed multiple setup during the last 48hrs. 

A similar topic was raised here but never got resolved online.

It's driving me crazy because I tried EVERYTHING. @madebygoogle team is trying to help but it's weird. After a long conversation it appears that a different person is handling the ticket and they propose to follow the same steps I tried before. Hence, I am reaching out here, see if you have encountered the same error.

Does not work. Menus and functionality disappeared again, for no reason.

I am quite desperate here as the product is now useless. It's very strange. Last night everything was up and running...this morning everything has disappeared. only the photo frame is there.
