Home/Nest Hub display, keeps switching off

Can anyone help?

My nest hub keeps switching itself off.

There have been no error messages and it keeps happening. Even after resetting it and going through set up process.

It will work for a few minutes and then it just dies on me.

Can anyone kindly shed some light?

Tia

Hello Rywillz3088,

Thanks for reaching out. We'd love to help.

A few questions: is your Google Nest Hub plugged directly into a wall outlet or surge protector? Are you using the official power adapter? When did the issue begin? Was there an electrical outage around the time the issue began?

If you haven't already, try using another wall outlet to see if that resolves the issue. You can also discharge the display. Here's how: unplug the power adapter from the outlet and the device > Leave it unplugged for 20 seconds > Plug the power adapter into the display and the other end into a wall outlet and see if it works.

Let me know how it goes.

Best,
