Home hub screen burn in

Recently I've notice that my screen has lines going through it and screen is very faded. What has happened ?

Hi @Martyn2 

You can try a full factory reset and see if that helps. If it is out of warranty Google support won't likely be able to replace it if the hardware is failing.

Martyn2, did resetting your Google Nest Hub work? If not, could you send some pictures so we can have a better view of what's happening on your Nest Hub's screen?

Hi there yes I've done a factory reset and it still does it. can see the in picture20221009_193533.jpg
