Somehow I am no longer in the Nest Hub and have lost all access to my app. However nobody else in the house uses this. How do I get my access back?

Thank you for reaching out. Oh no! That is definitely a concerning issue that you are unable to access your Google Nest Hub and Google Home App. No worries though, let's find a solution! I would be more than happy to help.
My best recommendation is that you conduct a Factory Data Reset on your device. It will allow you to set up your device from scratch. In regard to the Google Home App issue, if you are unable to login, I would make a new Google Account. With a reset device and new account, this will give you a fresh start and access to both items.
