How to get Google Home to play a video (YouTube, security camers, etc , with voice, on phone/tab/TV?

I have the Google Home app on my phone and my tablet. I also have a Samsung TV, that I can turn on/off with Google Home, change inputs, etc.

I can CLICK on my security cameras on either my phone or tablet and they will stream my cameras through Google Home on either my phone or tablet.

If i say "Show me 'CAM1' ", all I get is "Sorry, I don't know where to play the video. Please tell me the exact name of the screen." If I say "Show me 'CAM1' on phone or tablet or Samsung TV" it either brings up a search result, or says the same thing as before.

If I ask it to play a YouTube video, all I get is search results.

I have Samsung TV (Q70R) as a listed device, that works with Google Assistant, and it can control basic functions as I said before. It won't let me add my phone or tablet as a listed device, as they are the ones that the Google Home app is installed on. I also have no option to set a preferred playback device in Google Home, as suggested in this link.

How do I stream or watch any video, camera, anything on either of these devices?

All of that has already been setup as mentioned in my original post. Still not working.

To confirm, you're using a Google Nest or Home speaker or display, and your TV has a Chromecast connected to it or has Chromecast built-in?

Are you asking those commands of your phone/tablet? You need to have a Google Nest or Home speaker or display. These commands won't work from a phone or tablet.

Yes and yes. It doesnt matter which device I talk to, it wont cast. I've also managed to set my TV as my default music speaker and default TV, music still plays from my Home Mini and no video gets cast to the TV
