No response to Hey Google from Google Home Speaker

Google home speaker responded two hey Google in the past now after it has been unplugged and Rebooted I cannot for the life of me get it to respond any longer. It will play music only from my phone. How do I get it to respond to hey Google again? I have tried everything I can think of.
