Commands to NestHub 2nd Gen will trigger lights

Asking it set a timer, play some music, weather, etc works but 7 times out of 10 it will also turn on lights in two different rooms at the same time. Already factory reset the thing twice. Unlinked it to any rooms or groups. Any tips or advice?
