Hi, @Scott777 if you have questions for Google Voice you should post in the Google Voice Community - we wouldn't know why the code (assuming it's the SMS message from GV) necessary isn't sent, but that would relate to your calling account and no one in the forum can assist or help with that failure.

If you need instructions for setting up calling with the Nest devices, have you seen the help center article that explains the process in detail?
