Hi,
I have the Pixel 7 Pro and I also have the Nest Hub Max. I always charge my phone in my bedroom next to the Nest Hub Max. Sometimes I want to send a message to one of my contacts using the assistant but instead of the phone the nest hub assistant answers and ofcourse it can't do it. Is there a way to choose or prioritice which device assistant activates? Maybe I'm doing something wrong please help. Thanks.
Peter

No unfortunately there is no setting or feature for that. In that scenario, your Nest Hub will always take priority.

Hi folks.
@David_K, thanks for the help.
@Peterp718, I totally understand that this is a good feature to use with your Google Nest Hub Max but, this feature is not yet available. I'd suggest you submit feedback about it, here's how.
Let us know if you have other questions and concerns otherwise, we will be locking this thread after 24 hours.
Thanks,

I'm actually having the exact opposite problem. Whenever I say Hey Google to one of my nest speakers my phone takes priority and usually doesn't complete the command. Very annoying

Hi Shanehansen,
This is not the experience we wanted you to have, let me help you. A few things: which Nest speakers and phone are we working with? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made?
It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:
For additional information and troubleshooting, check this guide and tell me how it goes.
Best,
Dan
